Brandy marked "XO" in the title - a reference to a calibrated recipes, quality and consistency of style - like in a harmonious combination of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine focus, balanced wine list, as well as the professional service. The "XO" no random components: all invented and is left to chance - from the subjects to the frescoes on the walls of the restaurant to the special supply seafood, homemade pasta and gourmet additions to the wine. Interior created Petersburg architect Larissa Chernova - the original author's allegory on the theme of the Golden Age: a certain amount of humor, implicit in the design, is intended to dispel the slightly laconic pathos name. Creating this restaurant, we were not trying to please everyone, knowing that it is, by definition, is not possible, and therefore guided by the subjective taste of a circle of like-minded people, which, we hope, will now become even more.

Suite of halls dining tables and comfortable arrangement allows for the "XO" as a romantic candlelight dinner or a family or special event. The main task that we set ourselves, creating a restaurant "XO" - is to make the evening even lunch weekdays from banal "process of eating" has become an act of aesthetic pleasure.
